East-East: UAE Meets Japan, Matcha Tasting and Talk with WA Project and Sophie Mayuko

As a part of Global Art Daily’s Kimono showroom, founder Sophie Mayuko and the founder of WA Project; the first Emirati owned Japanese Specialty Tea Brand (ISECHA), will be hosting a tea-making workshop fusing Japanese and Emirati flavors.  The event culminates in a talk discussing the founders’ respective experiences in the UAE and Japan, and the many commonalities the two cultures share between tradition and modernity.
