Warak rolling (vine leaves in Arabic) are a staple of many Palestinian homes. Join us for a session joined together with conversation and food. During the workshop, you’ll learn the skill of warak rolling, while listening to tales and traditions of the kitchen, the heart of every home. We will end the workshop with a meal put together by Haya’s Kitchen. *Please note that the workshop and meal include beef and lamb, with no vegetarian alternatives available.
