The Wim Hof Method (WHM) is a dynamic and powerful approach to optimizing your mind and body for peak performance and overall health. Join us and put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn specific breathing techniques. Breathwork exercises help you to regain focus on your breath and retrain your body to inhale and exhale deeply again. Proper breathing will improve your energy and relaxation levels and - ultimately, your overall health and well-being. In this 1.5 hour workshop you will learn all about the WHM breathwork, about the breath in general, your nervous system and how to reduce stress.
