Three wins for ICD Brookfield Place at the International Property Awards
February 2023 saw ICD Brookfield Place win three prestigious awards at the International Property Awards. The architectural masterpiece, standing proudly at 282 meters tall, has quickly become a symbol of Dubai's ambition to be the world’s best destination for lifestyle and business.
The International Property Awards are widely regarded as the most prestigious awards in the property industry, recognizing excellence in architecture, interior design, real estate development, and marketing from around the world. Winning an award at the International Property Awards is a significant achievement, and to win three is a testament to the quality of the building and the team behind it.

- World’s Best Architecture
The trifecta of excellence recognises the building's exceptional architectural design. Designed by world-renowned architects Foster + Partners, the tower stands out with its distinctive, prismatic design and sleek, clean lines. Its understated, elegant structure and bold geometry create a striking visual impact that is impressive, timeless and also sympathetic to its location in the heart of the DIFC. The building's design also incorporates sustainable features such as high-performance glazing efficient mechanical systems, and LED lighting helping it achieve the prestigious LEED Platinum certification.
ICD Brookfield Place is defined by its vibrant public spaces. The five-storey Summer Garden
is the accessible, flexible, publicly focused, heart of the scheme, with the garden being a destination in its own right. It is this sense of place that has encapsulated the heart of Dubai with its grand but welcoming space, abundant natural light and year-round climate control
