Annual graphic design and poster show Tasmeem is back for its third edition. Presenting 'Memory Box’, an exploration into folkloric tales and experiences that thread through our lives emphasising the interconnection of our individual narratives, showcasing the potency of collective memory.

We are seeking submissions from all regional design practitioners, design thinkers, type designers, and design students. Participating artists and groups are selected for the relevance of their work and practice to our local community. 12 selected posters will be exhibited in Tasmeem, at ICD Brookfield Place, held in June 2024.

Tasmeem is an annual graphic design and poster show conceptualised by the ICD Brookfield Place Arts that aims to expand upon the discourse and display of graphic design for upcoming and established regional talent. 

This year's open call was developed by Multi-disciplinary Designer Wafa AlFalahi (@pearsorbet)

The committee includes Multidisciplinary Designer and Winner of Tasmeem’s second edition Mohammed Ameer (@mohmed94ameer), Architects Elias & Yousef Anastas (@elias.anastas, @yousefanastas), Artist Christopher Joshua Benton (@christopherjoshuabenton) , Multidisciplinary Designer and Art Director Shamma Buhazza (@shamma.buhazza), and Co-Founder of The Third Line Sunny Rahbar (@sunra77).
